Why is my motion sensor missing motion events?

Each time your motion sensor is triggered it enters a sleep mode that directly correlates to your arming time. If your arming time is set to 5 minutes, your motion sensor will enter sleep mode for 5 minutes following a trigger. This sleep mode only affects a sensor directly after it is triggered, and does not affect any of the other sensors in your home.
