Can I pause this feature?

Definitely there's an option for you to pause the Road Safety and Rewards in-App.

Just follow the steps below:
1. Open the Kangaroo App.

2. Look into the Coverage Tab.

3. Check for Car Insurance, onto the right corner there should be an option to pause the feature.

NOTE: Unfortunately, customers who accepted insurance offers won't have the option to pause Road Safety and Rewards. They can choose to pause if they haven't accepted any insurance offers, or they can turn off location.
