To link a new phone number to your Kangaroo account, you will need to login using the new number and pair all the Kangaroo devices back.
1. Open the Kangaroo App's settings.
From the homescreen, click on the gear icon from the upper-right hand corner.
2. Click on "My Account"
3. Tap on "Sign out"
4. Sign back in using the new phone number you would like to link to your account.
Step 5. Reset then pair your Kangaroo devices one-by-one to your new phone number.

To Reset your Doorbell Camera, click here.
To Reset your Chime, click here.

To Reset your Privacy camera, click here.
NOTE: All your Kangaroo security devices that were paired to your old number will not automatically transfer to your new number. If there is a plan attached to your old phone number, feel-free to reach out our helpful GuRoos for a plan transfer (if eligible) by contacting us.
