I already paid for my subscription but I can’t access my premium camera features!

Paying for a subscription is not enough to fully access the special and premium features of your Kangaroo devices. These Kangaroo security devices need to be added under the subscription you paid for. 

*For Complete Protect Plan - up to 3 cameras can be assigned.

*For Cam Protect Plan - only 1 camera can be assigned.

Step 1. Open the Settings of your Kangaroo App.

Step 2. Tap on "My Plans" and all the plans that you have purchased should show up.

Step 3. Choose a plan you would like to add your Kangaroo devices to.

Step 4. Tap on "edit" if you wish to change devices that should be linked under the chosen plan then click on "Save".
