I signed up for Kangaroo’s Insurance Concierge Program but I haven’t received an update yet / How will I know that the discount has already been applied? 

Our Insurance Concierge Team handles these requests on the same day that we get them. From there, we will just have to wait for your Insurer or Insurance Agent to respond. As soon as we get an update from your Insurer or Insurance Agent, we will definitely update you on the same day.

Are you sure that I will get a big discount?

The biggest annual discount that we’ve secured for a Kangaroo user is $346 (to date)! The discount rate is highly dependent on the number and type of security devices you have. Yet another big factor to this is your ownership of a Kangaroo service plan. 

In a nutshell, the more secure your home is, the more comfortable your Insurer will be. 

How often can I get these discounts?

In general, these discounts are given annually. Kangaroo service plans are billed annually as well. This means you can potentially save money that’s bigger than what you paid for your Kangaroo system.
