I am not happy with your service. I go to chat and they tell me to go to email, they they send me back to chat. I just want to cancel my subscription as I don't have the doorbell camera anymore. I would also like a refund for the $38 that was taken out of my accound on the 16 September.

You could contact your payment method bank to stop allowing auto debit for Kangaroo.
My ring doorbell camera NEVER stays connected to the internet. I've tried canceling it the last through thr chat and no luck. Then the kangaroo app would freeze up on me so I've been getting charged every month for something I can't even use.
