I can’t hear anything from my livestream (with video)

By default, sounds are muted each time you open livestreaming on any of your livestreaming enabled Kangaroo devices like the Indoor + Outdoor camera. However, you can unmute the livestream and still NOT be heard from your device (or how the 2-way talk works).

Step 1. Open the livestream of your Indoor + Outdoor camera.

Step 2. Tap on the livestream screen.
This allows the livestream settings to pop-up.

Step 3. Tap on the "speaker" icon and make sure it's not crossed out.
