How to customize the motion and sound sensitivity of my Indoor + Outdoor camera? (with video)

    THIS does NOT help…  It doesn't work!  :(  Not happy with my doorbell camera at all!

    This email is to complain.

    (1) My Doorbell flat out died 1 yr after purchase. Zip. Nada. It went dead 1yr…4Real! WHY? Can't be an isolated situation. Pls explain lousy life.

    (2) My neighbor moved. They gave me their Kangaroo Doorbell. 

    You guessed it. My receiver plug isn't compatible. I believed it. Didn't matter as I was connectin DB to my WiFi. We never considered said DB was joine with Set up plunger thing.

    * How can I re-assign your Set up plugs to Kangaroo Appl.

     

    Next: Pls read below regarding MY In/Outdoor Camera. 2 - 3 mos. after DB crashed DEAD, this product proved to be a defective faulty security cam product you Manufactured.  

    In short, half dead.

    Thus, I renewed your basic Insurance? Coverage.

    I Got the lowest plan Offered so I could view CLOUD  & View stitch.

     * Saga of Indoor / Outdoor cam

    My camera is 2 yrs old. BLANK SCREEN Started after 15 months. Both basically died after 1 (ONE YEAR)  

    I/O door camera Your App stopped automatically giving me a video to view once alert ping sounded.

    Listen up, Notif sounds off. I HAVE TO PRESS CLOUD OR View History in order to see activity captured.

       

    ** However, now get this, Box msg “failed to connect to…tap again.”  **

    Tap 2nd time, 3rd time 2nd nonsensical msg advises contact you.

    Place where purchased Kangaroo sec cams No LONGER SELLS YOUR SEC PRODUCTS.

    Huge, really large Retailer called WALMART discontinued All Things KANGAROO.
