Whenever someone rings the Doorbell or if your device detects motion, a video recording is automatically saved to the Cloud for your reference. However, should you wish to customize when does your Video Doorbell Camera records, just follow these steps:
Step 1. Open the Kangaroo App and click on the name of your Video Doorbell Camera.
Step 2. Look for "Recording".
Step 3. "Detects Motion" and "Doorbell Rings" have the option to be turned on/off and this is where you can customize when can your device only records.

Whenever my Video Doorbell detects motion, it doesn't record the audio. Why won't it record the audio?
