Get more batteries out of your batteries! Here are 3 tips on how to increase / prolong your Doorbell camera's battery life:
Tip 1: Place your Chime near your Doorbell camera.
In close proximity, the Chime will improve the Doorbell’s wi-fi signal, leading to longer battery life and quicker alerts.
Tip 2: Keep busy streets out of the Doorbell camera's view.
Prevent unnecessary alerts from draining your battery and interrupting your day by keeping high traffic areas out of view when possible.
Tip 3: Keep Doorbell Camera's motion sensitivity on "Average"
Extra sensitivity is primarily for rural areas or obstructed views. Outside of those situations, we suggest the default setting on "Average"
Average sensitivity can detect motions within 8ft, meaning less frequent alerts = longer battery life.
Extra sensitivity can detect motions within 16ft, meaning more frequent alerts = shorter battery life.

The camera 🎥 at night is unfortunately very poor quality, even with the slightest enhancement features. However the daytime camera 🎥 works much better , you get what you pay for .
Doorbell stop ringing
I changed my batteries and now it’s not working at all. I don’t get the video on my and someone come to the door or anything. I had it for a while and had no problem with it. I do now is a problem I want it to be working.
I really need it. I put it for my security front door. I live in apartment building.

My doorbell camera worked absolutely clear when I got it. Now, it doesn’t show a clear picture. In other words; it doesn’t pick up the image clear at all. It’s always showing a motion at my front door, there are lines in the image.. then when I look to see what the motion was there is no one or anything at all. This is the first I’ve heard of KANGAROO. And I will be hoping over to a RING, you get what you pay for… CHEAP!!!
This is my second kangaroo doorbell camera, the reason why I bought me another one is because my other one stopped working. I’ve had that maybe for at least four years and my extended warranty ran out. I’ve always liked the kangaroo camera it’s way better than the ones that has 2k resolution and cost about $30 more. I had just purchased two other ones that were like that and I didn’t like it at all so I am a repeated customer hopefully this one will last longer than four years.
