Devices not being detected for pairing maybe due to your Phone's Bluetooth not turned on, the yellow tab was not pulled completely or that auto-detection is turned off from your Kangaroo App.
Step 1. Open the settings of your Kangaroo App.
Step 2. Tap on "Device Management".
Step 3. Toggle on / off "Device Auto-detection".
TAKE NOTE: Your phone's Bluetooth must be turned on in order for the Kangaroo app to auto-detect devices ready for pairing.
