Doorbell Camera
To reset your Doorbell Camera:
- Remove the top cover from the bottom cover. Do this by pulling from the bottom of the doorbell.
- Press and hold the button for 30-60secs until you see a blinking light. The cover must be off in order for your doorbell to reset.
Doorbell Chime
To reset the Chime, press and hold the button on the side of the chime for 15s while the chime is plugged into the wall. There should be a voice prompt saying, "System will reset".
Indoor+Outdoor Camera
Step 1: Lift the camera body up from the grey base.
Step 2: Locate the grey button on the underside of the camera that says "reset"
Step 3: Press and hold for 30secs or until you hear the reset voice prompt. If you plan to re-pair your device, wait about 30-45s for the camera to say it is ready to pair.
Video Doorbell
Step 1: Detach your Video Doorbell from the mounting plate by sliding it upwards.
Step 2: Open the small cover at the bottom of the camera. Here, you'll find the USB port and reset button.
Step 3: Press and hold the reset button (5-10 seconds) until the reset voice prompt plays. If you plan to re-pair your device, wait for 30 seconds for the camera to say it is ready to pair.
Motion Sensor
Press and hold the small black reset button for 15-20 seconds until the front blue light starts to flash. When it's flashing, your device is ready for pairing.
You can also remove the back cover of your Motion sensor for easier access to the reset button.
Motion + Entry Sensor
Press the Kangaroo Button for 30 seconds. This will completely reset your sensor and remove it from your home. Once reset, it will automatically enter Pairing Mode.
Water + Climate Sensor
To reset your sensor, Simply press and hold the Kangaroo button for 20 seconds or until the blue LED light starts flashing, afterwards you may start pairing it again with the app.
Privacy Camera
Press and hold the Privacy Shield button for 1 minute until you hear a voice prompt that says, "System will reset."
Siren + Keypad
Hold down Cancel (X) and Enter (√) at the same time for up to 10 seconds. The siren will give off a voice prompt, "System will reset."

I’m not getting my images. Black screen.
I took batteries out and pushed the button for over a minute and the light don't blink or does it reset

I got a new phone and couldn’t get into my old account. I held the reset button and it was blinking green and then turned off and will not turn back on if I unplug it and plug back in the light blinks for about five seconds, and it turns off.

If u are having trouble with resetting it take the paper that has the QR Code in side on it off and leave if off that what it did and it work again
