How do I change my safety word? (with video)

Safety word is used by our COPS Monitoring to determine if they are speaking with the homeowner or not most especially before dispatching local authorities.

*Should you wish to change it or if you have forgotten about it, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Open the Kangaroo App settings.

Step 2. Look for "My Home".

Step 3. Click on Safety Word.  

Step 4. At the bottom part of the screen, tap on "Change Safety Word".

Step 5. Create and verify your Safety word then tap on "Save".

This is also where you can view your current safety word or choose to change it.
