For the Alerts to progress, the home should be armed first.
First Notification:
If any of the Security devices gets triggered, a Monotone push notification is sent to your phone and the Siren + Keypad (if you have one)
Second Notification:
If the you did not dismiss the initial alert or dismiss and disarm (either via the app or the Siren’s keypad), a loud alarm sound at the 15 second mark on both your phone and the Siren.
Third Notification:
For Complete plan users - When the alarm sound is triggered, the system will send the customer an SMS alert and and automated call at the 45 second mark from the loud alarm.
Fourth Notification:
For Complete plan users - 45 seconds after the SMS and automated call alerts, if you have not dismissed and/or disarm, our UL-certified call center, COPS, will call your phone to check on you. COPS will ask for your safety word.
Fifth Notification:
For Complete plan users - If you have provided the wrong safety word or if have not picked up the phone after 2 call attempts, local authorities will automatically be dispatched.

How do I get an instant alert? It states on the package of motion detection get an instant alert if motion is detected by the main sensor. Then in the instructions or whatever it says this is the X3 to 15 seconds which is it
