How can I stop Professional Monitoring from dispatching emergency services in the case of a false alarm?

Some states require a verified response (meaning that, before a police car is dispatched, someone needs to confirm, usually by video, that there is an intruder in the house). Should you wish to still disable the Professional Monitoring from dispatching emergency services / local authorities:
