Sharing, saving and deleting activity history can easily be done from the Kangaroo App.
*For Basic Plan: 24hrs of activity history ONLY
*For Cam Protect and Complete Protect Plan: 90days worth of activity history
Sharing or Saving Activity History
You can share or save your entire activity history.
Step 1. Open your activity history by tapping on the Activity tab of your app.
Step 2. Tap the three dots "•••" on the top right corner
Step 3. Tap Share all activity
**Should you wish to share individual videos / photos:
Step 1. Open the Settings of your Kangaroo App.
It's the gear icon on the upper-right hand corner from the homescreen.
Step 2. Tap on Cloud Album.
Step 3. Open / select the videos or photos you would like to share.
Step 4. Tap on the share button and choose any applications or to anyone you would like to share those photos / videos to.
Deleting Activity History
You always have the option to delete your activity history. This action cannot be undone because Kangaroo will never store deleted history. Photos and videos stored in the cloud however, will remain saved in the cloud.
Activity history is a feed shared among the entire home, so if one person deletes the history of the home, it will delete the feed on all home members' app. You cannot delete individual events, you can only delete the entire feed.
Step 1. Open your activity history by tapping on the Activity tab of your app.
Step 2. Tap the three dots "•••" in the top right corner
Step 3. Tap Delete all activity
NOTE: Some methods explained may not be applicable to Android users.

I’m curious why I delete daily activity and kept approximately 4 hrs of one day I needed and now it has locked my activity and I have no access to the free 24 hours ? Can you explain ?

I am wondering why the paid plan says it'll record all the movement but it is recording just 12 seconds with no sound at all! Also, to get remote access of a live stream sometimes it is impossible!

Ive had the same issues that a few of you've listed such as having 2 "protection policies" & the camera not uploading content. But my biggest concern is the way this company handles claims after getting a paid plan. They seem to do everything possible to avoid paying on them. It's not rite #kangaroo.
I'm very unhappy with company,W hen I first got this service able to do everything the day I really need to see something I can't see every thing the would take object out of frame they are cropping the video sending me the same video over and over ever minute just playing games
