Professional Monitoring means that we have a US-based UL-certified Central Station (or Monitoring Center), which is a call center full of highly-trained agents who will dispatch the appropriate authorities based on the alarm signal that we send to them.
Professional Monitoring service offers extra peace of mind: If you do not respond to the alert on your mobile device after a set length of time, a professional monitor will try to contact you. If they are unsuccessful they will request emergency dispatch on your behalf.
Professional Monitoring App Settings
If you are a Complete Protect Plan user, you have access to Professional Monitoring and can turn it on / off directly from the app.
Step 1. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of your Kangaroo Security app.
Step 2. Scroll down and look for "Contact Authorities"
Step 3. Toggle Contact Authorities on or off.
Make sure the home address indicated on your Kangaroo App is the exact one.
