Did you recently switch Internet Service Providers? Changed your router/modem? Or maybe reset your Wi-Fi password?
The above changes will result in your Kangaroo security devices losing connection and going offline.
To reconnect:
Step 1. Reset all Kangaroo Security devices affected.
To Reset your Motion sensor, click here.
To Reset your Motion + Entry sensor, click here.
To Reset your Siren + Keypad, click here.
To Reset your Water + Climate sensor, click here.
To Reset your Doorbell Camera, click here.
To Reset your Chime, click here.
To Reset your Indoor + Outdoor camera, click here.
To Reset your Video Doorbell camera, click here.
To Reset your Privacy camera, click here.
Step 2. Open the Kangaroo App for pairing.
The pairing sequence includes a step that will allow you to select your preferred network or the same one using your new password.
Step 3. Make sure to type in the new and correct credentials.
If there were any changes to the Wi-Fi name, make sure to choose the correct name when the list appears. If there were any changes to the Wi-Fi password, make sure to correctly type the new password (case sensitive).
If the above steps did not help you in reconnecting all of your devices due to changed Wi-Fi credentials, kindly contact us.

How about providing some REAL INSTRUCTIONS like STEP BY STEP so I don't have to spend the next 15 minutes poking around the website trying to figure out what you meant?

The instructions are horrible on trying to get you to change the Wi-Fi password to connect
I changed my wifi by going to add new device followed instructions from there and WALA!!! It worked
