I purchased the Complete plan, but I’m still receiving push notifications instead of voice calls or text messages. What's going on?

    I purchased a plan with another doorbell cam but still have yet to have my plan activated after I paid for it. I can’t even get a real person to peak with which is just crazy these days. Everyone is using automated and robot services that can not answer my questions. I am extremely unhappy and frustrated about this situation.

    Sent numerous email requests over past 6 months for my subscription to be cancelled  but none have been actioned. AUD 37.10 charged to my bank account on September 4, notwithstanding my numerous cancellation requests. Please arrange for refund of  unauthorised amount taken . As detailed in my cancellation requests, device has not worked since February 23, despite numerous attempts to reset and change of batteries.

    I need to speak with someone about canceling my plan, but there isn't any phone number. I've tried emailing and still nothing. This is some kind of scam. They keep taking money, but won't respond to anything.
