Our 24/7 Pro-Monitoring service is handled by a UL certified center. If you can't respond to an alert yourself, a professional monitoring agent will handle the situation, call 911, and direct authorities to your house. They will also provide guidance over the phone in the case of an emergency.
If you do not want to use a monitoring service, disabling contact authorities and voice call notification should be done in-App:
**To turn off contact authorities:
Step 1. Open the Settings of your Kangaroo App.
Step 2. Scroll down and look for "Contact Authorities" then toggle on/off.
**To turn off Voice call notifications:
Step 1. Open the Settings of your Kangaroo App.
Step 2. Scroll down and look for "System Notifications".
Step 3. Look for Voice Notifications and toggle off.
