Want basic plan dont want to pay for anything
I don’t want to pay for a subscription. I was not told that this is required. How do I change or delete my credit card details.

I was billed an annual subscription which I don’t want and which I didn’t know About…. How do I get my credit card details off your records?
I don’t know all about you guys but I have the indoor / outdoor camera and I’m extremely happy with this product. I have had it for little over a year and am totally please with the video quality. It’s great both daylight and at night. I would recommend this device and service to anyone.
