Does it still work,if they don't ring your doorbell camera,, some people are not that stupid ,they will just come to your door and don't ring the bell, ,will you still be able to see the person past by your door ,are hallways even if the door bell camera don't ring , can you still see people , from your camera,, because they say even if they don't ring your door Bell cameras ,you still know what's going on from your hallways , that's what I Want to no,

Doorbell batteries must be either alkaline…or even better ultra alkaline…. Or the very best lithium…… don't buy the cheapo “”heavy duy “”" batteries…. Those are not alkaline…You get what you pay for with those and that's not much.  Lithium batteries can withstand extreme heat and cold.  Alkaline batteries perform pretty good outside but not as good as lithium does and lithium last 6X longer than alkaline and ultra alkaline.  The Dollar Tree alkaline and ultra alkaline batteries are actually quite well tests show they compare just as good as standard Energizer and Duracell standard batteries

All electronic devices should always have at least alkaline.

I'm pretty sure the directions for the kangaroo say to use at least alkaline batteries as most all electronic devices say that.
