There are a few reasons you may get this message when creating your PIN code. Either you have tried to include letters or symbols into your PIN code, the code was not 4 digits, or someone else is already using the PIN code you created.
*Should you wish to change your PIN code:
Step 1. Open the Settings of your Kangaroo App.
Step 2. Click on "My Account".
Step 3. Change PIN Code or Create PIN Code.
Step 4. Create and save a new PIN code.
