What happens if I catch an incident on my device?

If you catch a break-in or porch pirate stealing something on your Indoor + Outdoor Camera, you are entitled to reimbursement depending on your coverage plan.

If you are on the Complete Protect plan for $99/yr, you'll be able to claim up to $1000 in coverage reimbursement.

If you have Cam Protect, you can claim up to $250 in coverage reimbursement.

With the Basic Plan, you are not entitled to reimbursement for stolen goods or damage.

**To submit a claim:

Step 1. Tap on "Coverage" from your Kangaroo App homescreen.

Step 2. Choose "Submit a Claim".

Step 3. Tap on "Get Started" and answer all the questions needed from the form.
There are lots of questions from the form just make sure to always click on "OK" after answering each.
