Resetting your Indoor + Outdoor camera is needed if you have changed your WiFi credentials, if the device cannot be found during pairing process or if one of our GuRoos advised.
Step 1: Lift the camera body up from the grey base.
Locate the grey button on the underside of the camera that says "reset".
Step 2: Press and hold for 15s or until you hear the reset voice prompt.
Never let go of the reset button until the "system will reset" prompt.
Step 3: Wait for the "ready to pair" voice prompt.
Before pairing the device to the Kangaroo App, wait for the "your device is ready to pair" voice prompt.
Should you have followed all the steps provided and your Indoor + Outdoor camera still did not reset, kindly contact us.
