Person detection is a premium feature, which can be turned on in your video doorbell's settings. When person detection is on your video doorbell will only send a notification and record an event if a person is detected. We highly recommend using person detection and motion zones as a way to surface only the most important alerts. **Available to only Cam Protect and Complete Protect Plan Subscribers.
Step 1. Tap on the name of your Video Doorbell Camera.
Step 2. Look for "Person only mode"
When turned on, motion notifications will be delayed up to 3seconds due to the extra processing of the device to only detect people -- saving battery life and noises!

My videodoorbell just stopped working for some reason ….
Bad customer service … heaps of times been trying to cancel my yearly subscrition due no good for me anymore … no answers …. No suppport … still taking yearly fees … dony know how to cancel and stop them taking money off me …
