How to prolong or shorten Video Clips recording? (with video)

Would you like to prolong or shorten the videos that your video doorbell camera saves on the cloud as soon as it detects a motion? Follow these steps to do so:

Step 1. Tap on the name of your Video Doorbell camera


Step 2. Look for "Recording"


Step 3. Click on Video Length then choose the length accordingly.

Once you are on your video doorbell camera settings, locate video length and you should be able to select between 6 seconds and 12 seconds (for Basic Plan users) then 30 seconds and 60 seconds (for Cam Protect and Complete Protect Plan subscribers)

NOTE: If your video doorbell camera is hardwired and it’s linked to either a Camera Protect Plan or a Complete Protect Plan, you also have the option to prolong the video clip up until 90 seconds.
