Have your batteries gone depleted? Need to charge your video doorbell camera for longer battery life? Here are the steps on how to:
Step 1. Remove the video doorbell camera from its mounting plate.
Unmount your device first by pushing / sliding the video doorbell camera upwards from the mounting plate.
Step 2. Locate the micro USB port of your video doorbell camera.
At the bottom part of your video doorbell camera, there is a USB rubber cover. Pull it open to locate the micro USB port.
Step 3. Plug in the USB adapter with the cable to your video doorbell camera.
Upon successfully locating the micro USB port, have the USB Adapter and the cable plugged into a power source and correctly connect the cable to the micro USB port. There should be a green LED indicator that will appear infront of the device which means it's already charging.
NOTE: Once full battery or charging is complete, the video doorbell camera will show off a green solid light for 5 minutes. Never allow your video doorbell camera's battery to go below 30% to not have any issues.

There is just a link, That takes me to the same article that I read about charging the video doorbell with a cable . I asked what if your video doorbell just takes batteries and did not come with a cable, can you not charge it with a cable? The link did not help.
Hi Melissa Marsalis. You may not have a Video Doorbell Camera (our newest device!) if it does not come with a charger. You may have the Doorbell Camera that works with 3 AA batteries instead.
