Have you recently changed your Wi-Fi name and/or password? This may cause your Kangaroo devices to go offline as they have previously recognized your old Wi-Fi name / password.
Step 1. Reset your Kangaroo device.
Follow the reset process of each of the devices here. We need to reset your device to delete all the saved Wi-Fi credentials before that is still being recognized.
Step 2. Open the Kangaroo App for pairing.
Once successful in resetting your Kangaroo device, open the Kangaroo App and begin pairing. Look for “Add a Kangaroo Device”, choose the device you first did reset on then click on begin setup. Make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is also turned on.
Step 3. Choose the correct Wi-Fi name and confirm the changed password (if there is).
When presented with the screen to choose the Wi-Fi name, make sure to choose the new name you changed to. Carefully type your Wi-Fi password afterwards as this is case sensitive. Follow the on-screen instructions until you reach the screen saying, “Your device is ready”.
If the above steps did not help you in reconnecting all of your devices due to changed Wi-Fi credentials, kindly contact us.
