Having a hard time resetting your video doorbell camera? Tried pressing the reset button a couple of times but you still can’t see a red LED light?
*For first time setting up,
Step 1. Setup / Pair the video doorbell camera within 5 minutes.
Once you have pulled the yellow tab, make sure to pair the device within 5 minutes so the video doorbell camera does not go on sleep mode which turns off the indicator lights on it.
Step 2. Press the doorbell button.
Should you have let 5 minutes go past after you have pulled the yellow tab, press the Doorbell button and wait for 5 seconds until a voice prompt says, “Your device is ready to pair”.
Step 3. Charge the device.
Should there still be no light after Step 2, charge the video doorbell camera. As soon as you have plugged in the device to charge, there should already be a green flashing light showing in front. Wait again for the voice prompt saying, “Your device is ready to pair” then proceed to pairing the device. Once paired, charge the video doorbell camera for 3 hours maximum.
Step 4. Reset the video doorbell camera.
Should there be still no light after charging the device, kindly reset the device. Make sure to press and hold on the reset button until a red LED light appears and a voice prompt says, “System will reset”.
**If all steps have been correctly done and still no light shows up, please contact our Support GuRoos for assistance.
*For a previously paired Video Doorbell Camera,
Step 1. Charge the video doorbell camera.
There is a high chance that the device might be low in battery hence there are no lights showing up at all. Kindly charge the device and monitor a green flashing light that shows up as soon as you charge the device.
Step 2. Try a different USB adapter or cable.
The USB adapter and cable that came with the package may not be working at the moment, please try either a different USB Cable or adapter to charge your video doorbell camera. Make sure that cables are plugged in correctly once this is being done.
Step 3. Reset the video doorbell camera.
If still no light after trying to charge the device, kindly reset the device. Press and hold on the reset button for 5 seconds or up until you hear a voice prompt that says, “System will reset” before letting go of the reset button.
**If all steps have been correctly done and still no light shows up from your video doorbell camera, please contact our Support GuRoos for assistance.
