Are you not getting any voice prompts from your video doorbell camera? Trying to pair the device but not getting any prompts from your video doorbell camera?
*For first time setting up,
Step 1. Setup / Pair the video doorbell camera within 5 minutes.
Once you have pulled the yellow tab, make sure to pair the device within 5 minutes so the video doorbell camera does not go on sleep mode which turns off the indicator lights on it. After 5 minutes, usually the voice prompt stops.
Step 2. Press the doorbell button.
If you have allowed more than 5 minutes to pass and the device does not have any voice prompts anymore, press the doorbell button once to “wake up” the device. Then wait for the voice prompt that says, “Your device is ready to pair.” Once heard, begin setting up the device.
Step 3. Charge the video doorbell camera.
If after pressing the doorbell button and still there are no voice prompts, charge the video doorbell camera. Once plugged in, monitor for a green flashing light which means it’s already charging and wait for a voice prompt from the device.
Step 4. Reset the device.
If still after charging the video doorbell camera and still no voice prompt, reset the device by pressing and holding on the reset button beside the USB port. Make sure to press and hold on the reset button for 5 seconds long until you hear it say, “System will reset” before you let go of the reset button.

*For a previously paired Video Doorbell Camera,
Step 1. Charge the video doorbell camera.
Most cases why the device won’t have a voice prompt would be because of a low battery percentage. Plug in the device to charge and monitor for that green flashing light as an indicator that your device is already charging.
Step 2. Reset the video doorbell camera.
Once the device gives off the green flashing light, reset the device right after. Make sure to press and hold on the reset button for 5 seconds or longer until you hear the device say, “System will reset”.
