Are you getting a black screen, a white screen, a perpetual “Preparing Photo” screen or perhaps an alert with no photo or stitches?
On the off chance that you do experience these issues whenever your Doorbell Camera sends you a photo or stitch alert, it’s either your Doorbell Camera or the Kangaroo app on your phone is not receiving a good WiFi signal (or even mobile data signal for you phone).
We would recommend trying some of these basic troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
If the issue persists, our live GuRoos will be more than happy to assist here.

Me
Hi,
I just purchase a Kangoroo Doorbell yesterday and when I configurate it on mi Samsung Galaxy A11 I recieve notifications and photos on my cellphone but today I just receive a black screen each I have a notification (no photo) I'm at 2 (maybe 3) meters from my router but my Kangoroo Doorbell does not show any photos.
I reset the Doorbell but still have the same issue. Any idea on how I can fix this?
Thanks!
is not true. It only lasted me 5 days, then this was the error I saw your answer and on one side of the router I pressed it several times and it's the same error, I removed the batteries for a minute, waited 5 minutes and did it again and nothing. I already reset it and configured it and it's still the same.
must be a different problem
Worst doorbell camera ever. I've had it less than a year and it doesn't work and burns through batteries in less than 2 weeks
Not working
Hi this doorbell video just wired how you struggle and go back and forth changing batteries. . Resetting chatting with customer service it's all nerve wrecking senseless to operate out .
