If you keep getting a “Doorbell not Found” error during the pairing process, chances are, you haven’t pulled the yellow tag at the bottom of your Doorbell Camera. Doing so will activate its batteries which is a prerequisite to the pairing process. Once your batteries are active, your Doorbell should then be ready for pairing, as indicated by a pulsing light at the front side.
When you’re done with the above, you should see a *pulsing light on your Doorbell Camera. If so, go back to the Kangaroo app’s homepage, tap on “Add a Security Device” then follow the on-screen prompts.
*Your Doorbell camera will only show a pulsing / blinking light if your phone's Bluetooth is already turned on which means the device is ready to be paired.
**Still no pulsing light?
Step 1. Remove the front part of the Doorbell then take the batteries out.
Step 2. Put them back in after 20 seconds and observe a light infront of your Doorbell camera.
**TAKE NOTE:
Your Doorbell camera will only show a pulsing / blinking light if your phone's Bluetooth is already turned on which means the device is ready to be paired.
**Still having issues? At this point, a quick reset of the Doorbell Camera should resolve the issue:
Step 1. Remove the top cover from the bottom cover. Do this by pulling from the bottom of the doorbell.
Step 2.Press and hold the Doorbell button (about 60 seconds) until you see a blinking light.
Step 3. Once you see a blinking light on your Doorbell Camera, go to the homepage of the Kangaroo app and then tap "Add Security Device". Follow the on-screen prompts to re-pairing your device.

I have three camera doorbells now none of them work . Why do I need three chimes. I want them all to go on one chime. This is ridiculous and the picture at night was awful . Over $80.00 down the drain. Nothing but problems. Batteries all dead after two weeks. Can't get any of them back on line. I'm done pulling them apart how insane.
How you supposed to keep track of three chimes.. shouldn't be this way. When you do get them to work they only work for two weeks then you back to pulling them apart off of your doors.. basically ruining them. Noone should need to pull them apart 50 times..so upset. The picture at night is black. Now none of them are working. They worked when you pulled them off the door in your kitchen as soon as you get them back on your door..the picture won't load. You pack a junk in the box. Three down the drain. I had to put two on one door because one is all set up but won't work. Nonesence three chimes. Give me a break.
My battery area looks rusty, my doorbell stopped working
This should be able to stand up u Der porch covered area.
I am not getting any pulsing light my doorbell camera is not found I believe it is broken I have tried everything you've told me to do my batteries have been replaced twice there is no light on my doorbell camera please help I just bought this I don't want to think that it's already broken
my bell won't work ??
Same as Christina Grant my kangaroo doorbell camera quit working which like usual it's normally the battery so I replaced the batteries and nothing? No pulsing Light No Light whatsoever only when I push on the button after 5 Seconds it will blink and if I keep holding it down it will blink every 20 seconds but it won't blink on its own and of course like an idiot I disconnected it from the app thinking I would just reconnect it and maybe that would work but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed now because nothing has changed. Deal is acting the same way it did when it was connected to the account. No problem with Wi-Fi no problem with batteries and I have the porch warranty and the chime is working just fine it's connecting beautifully. Please email me back.
Im device works sometimes and then stops! Made a mistake buying this product!!
I waisted money on this product. It has stopped work after about 2 or 3 weeks. I already bought the year subscription. I need a refund. This is no good and no night vision. Terrible…
I havent had my camera for long like a few months and it will longer work I have changed the batteries with brand new batteries several times and still won't work.
