Are you hearing your own voice echoing when doing the 2-way talk on your Kangaroo App? Getting a tingling noise when trying the 2-way audio? Just like when you use a microphone directly in front of a speaker, the same tingling noise is heard. The reason why the microphone is being held away from the speaker is to get rid of the noise. This is also the same with the video doorbell camera, to minimize and / or remove the echo and the background noise when doing the 2-way audio, you have to distance yourself from the video doorbell camera at least a wall apart or around 10 meters away. This issue is currently being addressed and will be improved (minimize) on the future firmware versions of the device. If moving away from the video doorbell camera does not help, please contact our Support GuRoos to be able to escalate the issue to our Engineers.
