Were you able to pair almost all of your devices and have issues on one of them during the "choosing of WiFi" step? Are you connected to your local network but can’t seem to find the WiFi name during the pairing process?
NOTE: Most iOS users are affected with this issue. Trying to pair the device using an Android phone can help resolve the issue as well.
The steps below can help fix the issue:
Step 1. Distance from the WiFi router to your phone and the devices should only be within 10 - 15 meters.
Most WiFi routers can only be searched within 10 - 15 meters from a Smart device trying to connect to. Make sure that during the pairing process, the WiFi router is within the said distance.
Step 2. On the screen showing the WiFi networks, click on Refresh.
During the pairing process where you are being asked what WiFi network you are connecting your device to and not able to locate your local network, click on “Refresh” at the upper right corner multiple times until your local network shows up.
*If the above steps do not help resolve your issue, kindly contact one of our GuRoos to immediately escalate the issue.
