I was charged $25.00 unknowingly for annual plan and want the benefit's of the plan!

  I was charged $99.. and  waiting for the refund as the money back suggests, that is $99 annual after I paid $99 for the previous year, aside from the equipment $30 something - after using the product for one month as it is that much practical. Kangaroo is seriously worth $250
