Changed password

Need to know if I even have the right app.after changing the password my doorbell camera stopped working it tells me to reset the batteries on the camera and go to the app delete all saved devices as any reconnect with them I have an app and I don't see none of these places to go to in the app and how do I know if I got the right app ?  can you help anybody.?

  Well if you downloaded the one that shows on your device yes it's the correct one
