What a let down
I have just received my Kangaroo Video Doorbell was so excited but when I opened the bx it looked like this had been opened and returned ,I have been trying for hours to set it up the chime hooked up right away but my live stream saids no connection I have tried over and over to fix the problem so I gave up and called and man that was horrible Iskar the customer service rep was not helpful at all she treated me like a idiot asking me if I were near my router and saying there was only a weak signal yet when the device did a search before it said there was a strong connection , She made me reset and move around to no avail so she ept blaming my internet , i explained I had full strength on my cell and Tvs and even the Chime that came with it she said she saw there was a strong signal on the chime ,So i put the doorbell ring on the chime and tried getting that signal and nothing so it was obvious the signal was nt the problem the device was and could not find it , Iskar said she was going to escalate the problem and here I sit 4 hours later just so upset I ordered this and even upgraded as y Family Safety is important .

Reset it? Remove the batteries? Hold the button for about 10secs? Hope that helps
