Screwed over 4 times!!!!!!!!

I bought this camera last year because my husband was stocking me and its all I could afford. Not only has it NOT caught him on camera because it CONSTANTLY goes offline (yes it's in range of the router) but Ive called customer service for help, WHEN I could get ahold of someone they would troubleshoot, it would work for a day and then CRAP AGAIN!!!! I have had my car stolen twice and the second time I didnt get it back, my new car got broken into TWICE in a week and they stole everything from the inside of my car, stole my car battery, and everything in the trunk. My friends catalytic converter was stolen and a few of my cats were kitty napped. This camera was a complete waste of money and gave me a false since of security. I'm beyond furious that I chose this camera over one that was $10 more and most likely would have done its job I wouldn't be out a car, a few hundred dollars, and my baby kitty's would still be here laying in bed with me. So THANK YOU KANGAROO FOR SCREWING ME OVER TO THE FULLEST!!!!! IM JUST LUCKY MY HUSBAND DIDNT TRY ANYTHING MORE DRASTIC BECAUSE THIS CAMERA SURE WOULDN'T HAVE GIVEN ME A HEADS UP OR DONE ME ANY GOOD WHAT SO EVER! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!..... P.S. Anyone out there know who I can report this company to?
