Doorbell camera stopped working

Our camera stopped working on Easter Sunday. The chime still works but, not the camera. I've tried everything in the trouble shooting area. We just got it in Feb of this year, and paid 99.00 for your service. What can be done? LMK ASAP. Thanks.

  I am having same issues with camera just stop capturing chime works great.
