No activity has recorded on my camera since 6/15/23. There's no notification that someone's at my door. None of the frequently asked questions are addressing my problem

There's been NO ACTIVITY shown on my camera since 6/15/23. I was out of town and unable to see any activity at my door!! I'm only aware that  people were at my door because they called me and asked me why I'm not answering?  They thought that I was at home because my car was there. IDK what the problem is, but if someone can't call and talk me through it soon, I'll cancel the service. A dissatisfied consumer!!!

  This device needs to be added in kangaroo app. These camera have to be battery charged up. They are awesome by the way ..
