This is the second new device that I’ve received from your company. Both devices won’t connect to my WiFi someone from your company needs to contact me ASAP

I'm not able to get my chime to work. I plug it in and get it setup, then no lights, no chime, nothing. It is paired to the doorbell and volume is at maximum. Any ideas?
