Cant setup doorbell

So Im having an issue where my wifi or none of the networks around me will be discovered in the app. Sometimes when I am directly next to my router i can get it to work but it always fails to connect. I have the right password and tons of other smart devices that I have not had an issue with.

  I am having the same exact issue. And nothing fixes it and no information or help to rectify the issue either.

  Okay so if it "sometimes" works when close to router... Maybe reset your connection and or raise router higher?
  Can also email support 😊 Hope you figure it out
