I purchased this product months ago and still can't get it to work.

Trouble shoot and it will work, the downside is you got to keep it on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

I did trouble shoot it, Im a retired electronics Tech. The units will not pair with the phone. I even contacted my internet provider to turn off the 5G to see if I could pair them using 4G only. Still would pair with the phone.

Sorry you have that problem, mine was a battery problem. The Bluetooth enabled the pairing faster with Wifi

Try Bluetooth! Ughh I'm seeing more & more issues with kangaroo 🦘🤦🏼‍♀️ kinda wish I hadn't purchased honestly. I've had no huge problems aside of all a sudden wasn't loading any vids. It's super frustrating when you're actually paying out of pocket for the service & they don't have more support!
Also just a heads up to all user's of kangaroo!!! I know of some great FREE SEC CAM APPS that are perfect!!! With 2way talk, alarms, motion and continuously record's if you choose 😉 Try Alfred sec APP ITS FREE! And as I said works much better than this here🤷🏼‍♀️
