Unauthorized payment
Kangaroo took an unauthorized payment of $23.88 from my card and I would like to get that back. I also can't get anyone from customer service to get back with me. Please let me know something. I have cancelled my account and would like verification of same.

Sorry this happened I've seen a few of these unfortunately. Did they fix your issue?? Email support? Chat?? Or call?? I'd stop payment through your bank if all else failed.
