Remove person ASAP
I need to remove my ex gf from my Doorbell Cameras right Away does resetting them solve that?

Did anyone tell you how to do this. I need to stop my ex from having access to my account and camera as well

Simply remove them lol... go to your settings & remove whichever you used to give her/him access whether it be an email or phone, just take it off your account. 😉

What if he was the primary holder on the account but doesn’t live here any more ?

Whelp then you might be $hit outta luck unfortunately. Unless you know his info lol. Change it

Micheal LaGrippo just hard reset it I bought mine from a different ower and I reset it to my account.

Create a new account with your name on the account probably works too.
