Why wont it just work properly??

My doorbell took an unauthorized vacation, and idk how to get it back! Changed those 6-8 mnths batteries (only lasted 2). Now any battery i put in it (rechargeable, non rechargeable) doesnt matter what it only lasts 48-72hrs. tops. KANGAROO 🦘 you need to contact me. ive tried to reach yall. Now im posting this, in hopes we will finally speak n fix the issues with your product!! PLEASE!!!
