I agree with Alice, my unit is quite NEW and it doesn't look like any of your pictures.....says kangaroo. com in directions???? Weird!!!

The front won't slide off of chime! There are no screws on the plug-in chime? No picture as batteries have no power. How do I get into the chime unit?
