Can not download video
Most of the time when I attempt to view a video from either the camera or the cloud I get a message : Cannot Download Video. No explanation or issue code.

Recording time setting
Where can I change the length of time the camera records after turning on following a motion or sound detection? 12 seconds doesn’t do me any good if the bad actor takes more time to do damage.
