Seriously... It is super frustrating if one isn't sure about electronics in general. Really your's just stopped working!? Oh man! I've had great luck with mine thankfully!!

I don't know but I'm about to go nuts🤦🏼‍♀️🤣 So I've emailed, reset everything & still not loading vids at all. Yes it's quite close to router lol
